September is great. Still warm air, sunshine, slightly turning leaves, cool nights, an abundance of tree fruits, reminders of how cosy and delicious it is to stay home and make stews, braised meats, pies… ah, yes. PIES! Step aside, September, October is on the move…

Thanksgiving is around the corner. Why not try something traditional, yet colder, but just as comforting…

We are taking orders until October 1 for our creamy Pumpkin Ice Cream Pies, made from fresh, local pie pumpkins and eggs, organic cream, fresh ginger and spices and a drizzle of organic maple syrup, all inside a traditional lard-based pastry crust. They serve 8-10 people and they are going fast at $25 each.
