Take our standard recipe rich chocolate ice cream made with organic dairy, organic eggs, organic cane sugar, and organic & fairly-traded dark chocolate. Then drizzle it with that fluorescent green liqueur, creme de menthe, and also a splash of creme de cacao. There you have it. A new holiday favourite. Kind of like that box of After Eights you work your way through after Christmas dinner, one by one, when the adults have their heads turned the other way.
